The Sandalwood Beach Resort offers 47 units starting in the upper $200K's and ranging into the low $500k's. You can select from an efficiency unit or a 1 bedroom unit. 90 day personal use. When not in use, the unit will be in the rental pool to generate rental revenue for you. The building is staffed at the front desk 24/7 for the convenience of you and your guests. There is an all inclusive condo maintenance fee of $450-$499 per month which includes, electric, cable, water, trash, sewer, maintenance and building insurance. The units will be fully managed by our property management company. As an owner you will receive 60% of revenue.
